What makes me the best teacher of (EFL) is:
I implement the learners' critical thinking skills.
Pre - Presentation
1- I do a lesson plan including the lesson objectives, teaching aids, teaching methods and teaching tools.
2- I start my lesson with: A Warm-up then, review.
Presentation:
3- I present the new vocabulary using realia, pictures, minds maps, elicitation, synonyms, antonyms and real situations through thinking and doing pair work practice.
4- I present the grammar structure through inductive method. I start with the rule practice using pair work then, I elicit the rule from the students themselves.
5- In dealing with listening, reading or writing items, I use 3
stages, pre-listening, during listening and post listening.
It's the same for speaking, reading or writing.
6- I use 3 groups to do the 3 exercises on the text. The fourth group will do a feedback for the work of the other 3 groups.
7 -I go round the classroom to monitor, encourage and check.
Doing projects:
8- 3 groups of learners do 3 projects:
Group one act the scene of the lesson.
Group 2 write a paragraph about the lesson content.
Group 3 answer the questions on the text through using
technology. I can use my global education website through
using my laptop and a full screen.
Group 4 do a feedback for the other 3 groups projects.
I tour the classroom to monitor, encourage, support and
observe the learners' participation in class.
Post presentation:
9- Feedback:
I do a feedback for what have been presented. I ask myself if:
the learners were able to think, pair, share, make a decision,
solve a problem, dialogue, participate, interact, do
experiments, observe and do a research or not.
10- Assessment:
I make sure that:
The lesson objectives have been achieved.
The learners were able to think, pair and share.
11-Learners do the lesson homework.
They use the workbook to answer the lesson exercises.
What makes me the best education leader Is:
My Leading Skills:
I practice the leading skills of:
1-Observing,
leading and following up independent learning,
active learning ,
learning through discovery and projects
during my practical visits to 23
British schools and colleges at
Norwich, Norfolk, England, UK under the supervision of great
East Anglia University professors.
2-Collaborating
in lectures, debates, conferences, lessons
plans, curriculum design and
analysis, using various
teaching strategies, identifying learners' needs, model
lessons presentation and workshops
3- Initiating and innovating, to energize and inspire,
as well as
deliver. I am a leader and a decision maker.
My strengths as a leader:
1-I
am highly adaptable to change. During my internship,
the
activity-based learning method was introduced in place
of the GTM method
of teaching. Other members of the
staff were unhappy
about it.
2-What made myself unique is that I made the decision to
learn and use the new active learning method, passed
the
training unit, taught myself the new system, uploaded it to
my
education site and I was then, able to
train others how
to use it perfectly.
My weaknesses as a leader:
I’m just such a perfectionist. I don’t like substandard effort,
so I
make sure all my work is perfect. This might mean that I
work too hard,
but it’s worth it to me, because it’s so annoying
finishing work that’s less than perfect.
What motivates me?
1-I’m
motivated by building and coaching a successful team
to ensure we meet
and exceed targets. I am motivated by
forming successful relationships with my colleagues.
2-I’m motivated by working with my team
to solve complex
coding issues and guarantee improved teachers'
satisfaction.
I
have always found myself interested in helping teachers
and senior
teachers who have troubles managing their time,
classroom, plans,
curriculum and the critical thinking skills.
What makes me the best trainer is:
My Training units and conferences:
1-I lecture teachers and hold conferences through doing
workshops, debates and professional development meetings
on the standard of the primary, Middle, High schools and
Colleges teachers of English as a (EFL)..
2- I supervise, assess and evaluate the learning outcomes of
the curriculum in my Education Idara and my Education zone.
3- I listen well, speak well, receive the comments well. I encourage criticism and praise the collaborative work.
4-I started as a trainee, a trainer, then a trainer of trainers
(TOT) for the two American education programs (TILO ) and
