What makes me the best?

Self-introduction:

I have a Master Degree in education, East Anglia University,

England, UK. in education and critical thinking skills,

I have got a bachelor degree in Education in Minya University,

English department, Egypt.

Besides, I am a curriculum designer, researcher, research

reviewer and researching writer. I did 13 researching items

and hundreds of journal articles about education, critical

thinking skills and teaching and learning English.

I did a lot of articles about the methods of teaching.

I am a technology geek. I am a life - long learner. I

am a life - long worker. I’m a good communicator .

I use (AI) ChatGPT writing and chatting in my education work.

I think I’m at my best when working with a team to

solve complex educational issues, trouble-shooting

and analyzing a problem from different angles to

find a solution that benefits everyone.

I love the challenges and find working together to

solve critical education issues really rewarding. I

love discovering new gadgets that make life easier

I have an experience of 30 years of teaching, supervision,

training, conferencing, and lecturing. I taught English for 2

years in primary schools, 4 years in middle schools, 8 years

After I had came back to Egypt, I did and uploaded 13

Ministry interview in Cairo, the Ministry of education in Egypt

sent me on an education scholarship to East Anglia

I practice the leading skills of:

during my practical visits to 20 British schools and colleges

at Norwich, Norfolk,England, UK under the supervision of

great East Anglia University professors.

2-Collaborating in lectures, debates, conferences, lessons

plans, curriculum design and analysis, using various teaching

strategies, identifying learners' needs, model lessons

presentation and workshops

3- Initiating and innovating, to energize and inspire, as well

as deliver. I am a leader and a decision maker.

My strengths as a leader:

1-I am highly adaptable to change. During my internship, the

activity-based learning method was introduced in place of

the GTM method of teaching. Other members of the staff

were unhappy about it.

2-What made myself unique is that I made the decision to

learn and use the new active learning method, passed the

training unit, taught myself the new system, uploaded it to

my education site and I was able to train others how to use

it perfectly.

My weaknesses as a leader:

I’m just such a perfectionist. I don’t like substandard effort, so

I make sure all my work is perfect. This might mean that I

work too hard, but it’s worth it to me, because it’s so annoying

finishing work that’s less than perfect.
